Mr. Itua holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. He was for several years the head of the Industrial Co-ordination/Marketing department of the Institute for Industrial Technology (IIT), Lagos. John was the Co-founder of Applied Engineering Technology Initiative Limited (AETI), he ran the company for about eleven years until November 2017 when he resigned as the Chief Executive. John has coordinated and managed several technical and engineering projects for several companies. His passion for technical related projects has seen him through the several technical projects he has handled including the rehabilitation of the control systems of Isashi Water Works belonging to the Lagos State Government and sponsored by the World Bank, complete rehabilitation of the electrical systems of the World Health Organization (WHO) Lagos Office, the design, supply, installation, repairs and maintenance of the Cabinet Enclosure Cooling units across Nigerian Bottling Company Limited (NBC) plants nationwide, etc. He is an experienced Human Capital Development Consultant with vast experience in technical and people management skills. He facilitates several management programmes that has help several industries improve on their service delivery.
Mr. Itua is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), Associate of the Institute of Professional Recruiters and presently going through his MBA with the Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST). John Itua is the National Publicity Secretary of The Oil & Gas Trainers Association of Nigeria (OGTAN) and the Managing Director of Jovi Technical Limited.

Justina holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. She started her career as a Secretary in a Private School several years ago, where she learnt the basis of Administration and Secretarial functions. She later advanced and became the Secretary/Financial Controller to a private company (D.Agu Ventures Nigeria Ltd.), Lagos, where she worked for over 5 years. Justina joined the services of AETI Ltd., where she worked for over 10 years as a Front Desk Officer, then, administrative Officer and later the Administrative Manager of AETI. As an Administrative Manager, she was involved in Planning and Co-ordination of administrative procedures and systems, Recruitment and Orientation of personnel, Database Management, Procurements, Travels and Protocols management, among others. She was involved in virtually all departments ranging from Accounts, Human Resources, Business Development, etc. and also assisted in facilitation of some Management programmes. She is well experienced in co-ordination, planning and execution of projects, logistics and related services. As an excellent co-ordinator and planner, she has passion for efficiency. Justina has over 18 years work experience in the following areas: Administration, Secretarial duties, Human Relation, Database Management, Accounting, Procurement, Project Management, etc. which cut across educational, engineering, manufacturing and the oil & gas sectors.
Justina is currently the Operations & Admin. Manager of Jovi Technical Limited.
